Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more. For orders under $75, shipping rates are calculated by USPS at checkout.

USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail are available, with estimated delivery dates shown at checkout. 

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

Returns

We want you to love your Corridor Candle Co. products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To request a return, contact us using the form below or email sales@corridorcandleco.com. Returned items must be received in their original, unused condition.

Please note that custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Damaged Orders

While we carefully pack every order, we know damage can occasionally happen in transit. If your order arrives broken or damaged, please email sales@corridorcandleco.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your name, order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged item. We'll review your request and get back to you within 48 hours to make it right.
