Candle Care & Ingredients

What ingredients are used in your candles?

Our candles are made with 100% soy wax grown in the USA with cotton wicks that are lead and zinc free. The ingredients we use are always nontoxic, paraben and phthalate free. Our biodegradable wax easily washes away with warm, soapy water meaning our signature jars can be reused as glasswear when you’ve finished burning your candle.

How do I care for my candle?
  • When burning your candle for the first time, allow the wax to melt to the edge of the jar to avoid tunneling. This could take 3-4 hours.
  • Trim your wick to 1/4 inch before each burn. This will extend the life of your candle and help reduce soot. Your candle comes pre-trimmed, so there’s no need to trim the wick on the first burn.
  • Don’t burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time and keep out of the reach of children and pets.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

Enjoy free shipping on orders $75 or more. For orders below $75, rates are calculated by USPS at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders ship from San Diego, CA.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-3 business days.

Please refer to shipping estimates at checkout for delivery timeframes.

San Diego County orders only: Orders with a delivery address in San Diego County are typically delivered within two business days after shipment confirmation.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

Almost all orders are shippied via USPS. Larger orders may be sent via UPS or FedEx.

Can I return my order?

We offer full refunds on unused and undamaged products returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Contact us below or use this form to request a return. Custom orders are not eligible for returns.

In the unlikely event that your candle arrives broken or damaged, please send a photo of the item to sales@corridorcandleco.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your name, order number and a brief message and we will get back to you with 48 hours.

Can I order custom candles?

Yes! We love working on custom orders for client gifts, weddings, other small businesses and more. You can personalize our gold travel candles or 9 oz glass jars. Contact us using the button below or at info@corridorcandleco.com to get started.
